Sept, 2010:
Northstar Physicians Network, through Integrity Health
Network, is very excited by the addition of our two Medical
Directors. Dr. David Luehr, a family practitioner at
the Raiter Clinic in Cloquet, is our Medical Director of
Primary Care. Dr. David McKee, a neurologist with
Northland Neurology, is our Medical Director of Specialty
Care. We look forward to the energy and leadership
they bring to our team!
Aug, 2010:
Welcome St. Cloud Medical Group to Northstar Physicians
Network! We are excited to have the 47 physicians and
11 physicians assistants and nurse practitioners of St Cloud
Medical Group join Northstar.

Congratulations to Relf Eyecare Specialists on their
official groundbreaking on their new building! The
first phase of construction should be completed February
2011.

We've posted our mid-year Quality scores on our QI page. We
believe in sharing our quality information publicly. We
audit our data mid-year and at year end and sometimes more
often. Year end results are posted and shared by health
plans; we also share our mid-year data with you. Click on
Quality Improvement in the Patient Quality box below.
June, 2010:
Northstar Physicians Network is
proud of Raiter Clinic and Northland Family Physicians.
Both clinics were recognized at the June 30, 2010 Minnesota
Bridges to Excellence Rewards Recognition Event for their
significant improvements in disease management. Raiter
Clinic was recognized for Optimal Diabetes Care and
Northland Family Physicians was recognized for Optimal
Vascular Care. Congratulations to both clinics!

Healthy U™ - Help Us Help You is a network-wide effort to
remind our patients to work with their provider to manage
their health. Part of this effort includes posters for our
exam rooms.

Northstar Physicians Network is
pleased to welcome two clinics to the network already this
year - they are The Lakes Community Health Center and
Northland Gastroenterology. The Lakes CHC is a primary
care federally qualified clinic in Iron River, WI.
Northland Gastroenterology is a solo practice in Duluth.
April, 2010:
Northstar Physicians Network and
Northland Medical Associates, along with Carenorth have
merged to create
Integrity
Health Network, LLC!
September, 2009:
Northstar is pleased to
welcome Dr. Daniel McKee, Northland Gastroenterology, P.A.
to its membership.
July, 2009:
Northstar is pleased to
announce the promotion of Rachael Nyenhuis to the position
of Chief Operations Officer.
June, 2009:
Northstar Physicians Network welcomes two
new clinics – Christopher J Wenner, MD, PA in Cold Springs,
MN and Rejuv Medical in Sartell, MN. Dr. Wenner’s
clinic is a solo family practice clinic employing the Ideal
Medical Practice concept. Rejuv Medical is a sports
medicine and aesthetics clinic owned and run by Dr. Joel
Baumgartner. We are thrilled to have both of these
clinics join our network.
